    Vjerojatno sam propustio slušalicu kad sam bio obaviješten o SMS-u da se roba pohranjuje na modřankinoj toplinskoj stranici što je daleko od mjesta prebivališta, pa mi je taksi smetao (sam onemogućen). Iako je trebalo biti, pošiljka nije bila u dozatoru. Pitao sam dozator da mi dam pošiljku pošiljku prema izvornom redoslijedu. Umjesto toga, pošiljka je pohranjena u Libušu, bez obavijesti o odluci uvoznika, drugi taksi, telefoni, doveli su do toga 4.11. t Roba od oko 1000 czk već imam kod kuće. Samo arogancija upitnika, gdje je nezadovoljno prepisan na apsolutno zadovoljstvo. Sve to bez izgovore. Prema raspršivačima, pogoršanje PPL usluge nije jedinstveno to je više da se podaci o zadovoljstvu proizvoda mogu prepustiti. Ne znam kako drugi klijenti, ali neću biti tvrtke koje koriste robu isključivo ppl, njegove naredbe gnjaviti.

    Dobrý den, myslím, že je dost netaktní trestat prodejce za pochybení kurýra. Je to bohužel část procesu objednávky, na kterou žádný prodejce nemá dosah. Se službami PPL nejsme spokojeni ani my, takže právě proběhla změna přepravní společnosti. Pokud byl problém s doručením, stačilo nás kontaktovat a problém by jsme vyřešili. Čekat a dávat špatné recenze bohužel nikomu nepomůže.
